(02) WHAT PEOPLE ASK US
- Do you work with businesses outside Toronto?
- Yes. Roughly half of our clients are outside the GTA and work with us entirely remotely.
- Our books are years behind. Is that a problem?
- It's routine. Catch-up work is one of our core services and we quote it separately from the ongoing monthly fee.
- Do you file our corporate tax return?
- We handle bookkeeping, payroll and planning, and coordinate directly with your CPA or tax preparer. If you don't have one, we'll introduce you.
- What software do you use?
- Primarily QuickBooks Online and Xero, with receipt capture and payroll integrations. If you're on something else, we'll assess before recommending a move.
- How is pricing set?
- A fixed monthly fee based on transaction volume, entity count and payroll size, quoted after the consultation and held for twelve months.
